I understand why people are griping about price. You're looking the place, it has the fast food vibe to it, yet a rice bowl can run you upwards of $10 without a drink (And $6 for a slice of cake). So yes, I get that. But service?.. please. I didn't see a problem, from the ordering to getting the food and the setting. The food was good, the presentation was done right and the service was just fine. I definitely recommend people to try it. I might not go as often as I would like because of the price point, but I'll try it again.
Good tasting food. Crowded at lunch. A little expensive.
Worst experience ever. They charged me twice and never brought my food. I waited 30 minutes and was never served. At one point the staff argued with screaming at each other over who’s fault it was my food was never made. Staff was rude. When I asked for my food, no apology, no food, they just made me wait. Finally the manager came up, never said a word or made eye contact, credited my account and walked away. The girl who messed up my order then handed me the receipt and said I’d get my money back in three days. A truly unbelievable never happened before (good thing) horrible experience. I left hungry, and waiting a refund of a double charge to my credit card. I’ll never go back.
Great place to have some authentic Asian food. Have lots of vegetarian options. Service is fast food is great. They do not offer table service for lunch. Have various options in Teas too. Must visit if you are looking for delicious Asian fare.
