First visit. Ashley was great at the front, she took my to go order and got it correct and had great customer service. Sat at the bar waiting for to go order and the bar tender, Nicole was great too!
At first our waitress was very attentive. Well that all went out the door when another table came in and all she did was flirt with a couple of the guys. Don't get me wrong, that wouldn't bother me but if you start forgetting my beer and food then it's an issue. The food was ok once we got it but it just wasn't that hot when it's been sitting and waiting for 15 minutes.
Services was great, food was great, even though it was crazy pack our server was great, and the manager was on her toes.. Gayle was our server!!!! GO ASTROS

Worst experience! the manager Kathy ONLY reserves tables for the people she likes or knows! They will also literally skip you on the waiting list if they know the person too. There food is always late. The servers always have an attitude also. BWW use to be a family place but not anymore. Won’t be coming here anymore.
