I’ve yet to have a good/excellent experience here at this location. Unfortunately this time was no exception. I️ put in a Togo order online to be picked up at 4:40 and I️ arrived on time to pick up. Currently it is 5:05 and I’m still waiting on food to be cooked. I️ honestly enjoy the food but little lapses in detail or customer relations makes it tough. It it was just me I️ wouldn’t really make much of a fuss. But when I’m trying to bring food home to little kids plus dinner guest...yeah.
This Italian inspired restaurant is a great place for the whole family. With great service, it almost feels too fancy. However, don't be alarmed. It is a very chilled out area. I love going here, as it is a very popular choice.
Ordered almost 200$ worth of catering. I picked it up on time. No one greeted me. The girls spoke so softly through the entire enteraction despite the blaring loud music and me asking them to repeat several times. No one offered to even hold the door as I struggled out with five bags. The food was so mediocre! Dry, and cold obviously over an hour old. Come on Olive Garden! I know you're a chain but dang!
Lisa was exceptional. She was polite, courteous, and very informative considering she is new at the place. The food, 5 star in taste, flavour and portions. Lisa also recommended a good selection of wine. Very easily can spoil myself here. Last but not least, the ambiance is great with Jazz in the background.
Clean and fast service. Waiters are super nice and super attentive. I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 because of the Kiosk/payment method it can be a bit of a headache and make sure to double check your bill as the servers can still add things from other tables to your bill. It is better to email the receipt as most times the Kiosk is put of paper. However, you can pay cash. You just have to tell server and they will tender you out at the bar.
