Carmelo's is a reference for Mexican cuisine. It might not seem anything special by yhe overall look but its truly a diamond in disguise!! The food is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G the "fajitas el viejo" is my favourite by far!! I also love their burritos , the service is exceptional, i love how the staff are always friendly & smiling. And last but not least it all comes in great prices and not overpriced.
Had a very good experience at Carmelo's! Margaritas were great! Loved the chips and salsa, especially how they give you your own squeeze bottle of salsa so you can refill yourself without having to flag down a waiter. Enchiladas were good as well. I love Lopez but this place is cheaper and food is just as good!
Been a customer for years and always good food and friendly service. The atmosphere is relaxed, too. Great family owned spot overall!
Carmelo's food is amazing! I would give it a 5 star but they do not have homemade horchata
The owners and servers are friendly. You get chips & salsa while you wait. Meals are served in no time at all. Their sweet tea is just perfect. Dining here is always enjoyable. The decor is fun. Restrooms are clean. And parking is available in front and on the side.
