The service at this restaurant was absolutely horrible!!! Took forever to get waited on and no one comes back to check and see how you're doing. Amazingly though, we had burgers which were pretty good. Will not be going back!
Waffle wasn't cooked all the way. Requested over medium eggs and I got over easy same as the waffle uncooked. Not worthy of a star but necessary to post.
Terrible service, waited for an hour and food wasn't ready. Told the manager and he said he was busy, but the restaurant was almost empty. I could see him just standing near the bar area making jokes and laughing with some other employees! The problem starts with management! I'm never going back.
Went late, after midnight and they didn't have half of the things we asked for. No salad of any kind and some of the other menu selections. Service was great and food we ordered was good, just annoyed that so much was unavailable.
Nice place to eat but staff could use some serious training. Wait staff very pleasant but had little clues about serving. Didn't bring table service until requested. Not sure what condiments might be required for food served. Need more mature experience..
