Alu Gobi- cauliflower and potatoes. Very spicy.
Vegetable Biryani- I don't like rice dishes but I gobbled this up. Spicy rice and flavor packed veggies, very hearty.
Masala Dosa- The texture of the crispy pancake and spicy mashed potatoes was pleasing. Lots of dipping sauces included.
Bombay Sandwich- grilled cheese panini with beets, potatoes, chutney and veggies. I ate half of it in the car w/ my bare hands. Another menu favorite!
Nirmanz Food Boutique is a tasty vegetarian's dream! They serve plenty of meat dishes, but have the most vegetarian options of any restaurant in Sugar Land. I've ordered takeout on the regular it's very affordable.

This place has a good ordering process, it's fast and a nice unique touch to it. The place is well set theme wise. The staff is young and upbeat. The food was alright, I think there is a room for improvement but I must say the presentation is outstanding. Pani puri shots were not exactly what I expected, I would not recommend it! But one thing is absolutely awesome there is the drinks they have, I don't remember the name of the purplish one, I have finally found it on USA. Also the lemon soda water was amazing. I will go back for the drinks for sure! The extra one star is for the drink making it 4. I sincerely hope they can make the food taste better, I've seen tons of restaurants open and fail in this location.
Pretty bad Chinese food...was pretty awful...it seems they do not know how to cook Chinese food.
Vegetable Uttahpam- fat pancakes made with lentil, rice and joy. My favorite item on the menu.
Different ways of making usual food. Everything is different in a pleasing way. You have to be open to experiments. I like pretty much everything. This was my second visit and I think I will keep going back to try more stuff. Another customer sitting next to me was having a burger and they way she was enjoying it has put it on my list for the next time.
The restaurant was very hot...seating was chaotic...and the payment process was stupid.
Delicious!!! Staff was upbeat and friendly, the restaurant is beautifully decorated. The food was beautiful and full of flavor. We had the goat vindaloo, also the samosas were super tasty! Can’t say enough good things. Can’t wait to go back!!
Dining in is casual, you place your order at the front and seat yourself. I could have used a bit more help as I was lugging a baby and trying to set up a high chair one-handed. Dine-in customer service could be a bit more helpful if they see customers struggling with little ones.
Their kulfi was great.
Masala Curry-creamy tomato curry. I ordered mild w/ veggies. Smooth and savory.
