The ambience and food was good but waiter had a big area to serve so food took too long to come and it was hard for waiter to pay close attention which is expected of him. He had no time to come to us and check if we needed anything so every time we needed something we had to wait so we could " catch" him passing by our table and to tell him our needs. Restaurant can certainly use more waiters and more training for them...We had much better service in the past years....So we keep coming back but sorry to say that it's not the same anymore.
We went to here two times. When we went first time, our dinner was raw. My husband told them. The manager covered my check. This was very nice situation. But when I went to here last tuesday, my dinner was raw. This time I didn’t tell them.
Very calm atmosphere; great food. Ordered the Chang's for two and it's a good value for a lot of food for the wife and I. Thanks to our waitress Emily, we had a great time
We always love their food, and their happy hour (3-6pm) is phenomenal!!! My wife loves their wine selection too. Those 2 reasons and their exception food make them a favorite! However, they received a 3.9 tells me that the people dining here are far too particular. They deserve no less than a 4.5 rating!
We have been going to this particular P.F. Chang's for years now. Over the past few months the service and quality of food has tremendously dropped. Yesterday we went for dinner, we called ahead of time and booked a table and were specific about which one. Once we arrived our table was given to another party by mistake due to same name. That is fine it happens but the manager did not even apologize for the screw up at all. After that we were able to get the private room. Our waiter from the beginning was rude and was undermining us the whole time. He rushed us to order our entrees and appetizers all together since apparently 35 people were coming soon to the restaurant. We ordered and specifically said space out the appetizers and entrees. But nope he brought everything out 5 mins apart. We were sitting in a square setting so there was room all around to offer proper service but instead he was making us pass around the drinks, plates, and food. We ignored that. Then to top the night off he brought the check and threw it across the table. When he came back for the check my dad threw it back across the table, and the waiter stated "oh, i see how it is!" Like seriously dude you are lucky we were nice enough to give you a good tip and not report you the manager, who i bet wouldn't have done anything about it as well. Save your money go to the Westheimer location where service and quality is way superior.
