Italy street food...wow. My friend took me there for lunch and I love the setup and the atmosphere. It is simple and clean. The food was great and the price was reasonable. I had ordered a small Basil pasta and it just a perfect portion. If you love artichoke, you can add them to the pasta at no charge.
Friendly staff. Tasty food made quickly. So many choices you can have something different each time. Vegetarian friendly.
Your service representatives, i.e., your counter help will ruin your business if you do not provide more training. Although my first visit to the establishment was 30 minutes before closing, as a customer I do not particularly want to be the recipient of an awkward look nor do I want to overhear conversations of how the plans for getting out at 10:15 were ruined. I ordered the BLT of which there was one small tender and one bacon round in a pan. No thought to prepare fresh i.e., moist not dry, portion commensurate to price. Although the lobster bisque was very thick and old, the flavor was great. I would caution using any cream based -seafood item a second day, transferred to a container and clear wrapped for the fridge. Nonetheless I was pleased with the combination of flavors and would patronize the brand again.
Really disappointed in my experience today. Came in to pick up dinner for my kiddos. I asked the server a few questions about the menu and she seemed frustrated to have to explain the menu. I don't usually report staff or complain for that matter but I was so taken back by how I was treated I voiced my concern to management and instead of apologizing she made it known that the server was great implying that there must be something wrong with ME! As a small business owner myself I was just taken back by this whole experience. I will not return.
Absolutely delicious! A Piada is sort of like an Italian burrito - and every bit as tasty as you would think. All the staff are very friendly, the whole restaurant is clean, and you get a very good value for your money. I definitely have to recommend the side of calamari - they're just to die for. Strongly recommend stopping by!
