The BEST experience! If I could give them 6 stars I would. Ralph and his team were very helpful, they are very knowledgeable and treated me like they've known me for years. The work they did on my car was perfect. They were fast and got it done right! This is a place we're you should want to bring your car! It's in great hands. I'm definitely going back again. This is our new shop for our vehicles from now on.
I took the vehicle in to get an inspection and could immediately notice the difference when I walked in. The new owners went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to get honest feedback about what could be improved. I was also impressed with their warranty on many of their services and parts. Plus, they now have loaner vehicles in case you need to run errands while waiting for your car to be serviced. Very convenient and shows they understand that their customer's time is valuable as well.
They were incredibly courteous and went several extra miles to not only diagnose and fix the vehicle, but also to help me get it to the shop in the first place. Very impressed with Ralph and Tammy who have a long term view of customer service, not just making a quick buck.
My wife tried to take her car in a couple of years ago and was given the cold shoulder. She felt they were talking down to her because she is a female. I had to take the car in but had no real complaints. Service was average at best but convenient.

WOWED by the amazing customer care and fantastic service I received today. From the initial phone call with Tammy and Ralph, to the courteous service techs and the attention to detail I received, 5 stars actually seems too few!!! I had previously gone to another shop who misdiagnosed my cars' issues and quoted a ridiculous amount and am so glad I have found a wonderful place to bring my car with Auto Check First Colony.
These guys are absolutely awesome. They really go above and beyond to offer quality and honest auto repairs. They even squeezed me in the schedule early on a Saturday morning so that I wouldn't miss my business appointment out of state. The price was fair and they even did my oil change free of charge (I had the oil, filter and Lucas additives on hand myself) because they already had the car up and ready to be worked on. They fixed all the repairs needed and then some. They even recognized that the previous mechanic I used put together my emergency brake mechanism incorrectly and fixed it. After that the repairs they even handed me a sheet of paper describing exactly how my alignment was off and what could be done to fix it. They constantly called me to keep me up to date with the repairs so that I wasn't in the dark during the process. Really enjoyed my experience here and have chosen this great and trustworthy group of guys to be my long term mechanics (I'll need it too, I work on the transportation industry).
Great first experience with them! (and I don't say that lightly)
