I don't want to tell you my whole story it would take to long seriously. Brake job that was suppose to be 1200 cost me 2500 and kept truck for 3 days, need I say more.
My advice is to turn your head even when you drive by!!!!!
These people operate their shop with the highest integrity I have ever seen.
Took his bill and truck down the street 1 mile away they said we had been scammed and they said they get there customers all the time.
My mistake dint read the earlier reviews. Similar experience went to get the state inspection done and was told to change the windshield wipers on an almost brand new car. After refusing I received a response saying "your going to drive back and come back its just more work for you do it now." These guys are here to just take your money, do your self a favor and stay away. The worst customer service.
We were leaving, The mechanic in the back was really apologetic, he said this happens all the time. Ive been in business 26 years and have never been treated this way or felt so scammed.

When we went to pay Jeremy, we tried to pay with company check which he declined saying we were from out of town, OK Understandable, but then he said to take the check down cash it and give him cash LOL. Not good for the owners, sounds like a scam, he was really persistent on my guys doing this, we refused, so we paid with a credit card, but still felt as if we were getting scammed from all angles, UGH!

First of all let me start out by saying that this place is a joke, trust me when I say that the only MAGIC these people do is make your money disappear!!!!!
I was just berated by the owner/manager for not buying windshield wipers as part of my state inspection. I thought he was joking at first when he said, "Are you trying to prevent me from putting food on the table for my kids?". But then he continued, "Why won't you buy the windshield wipers. Just eat cheaper food! You're going to spend it on something anyways! Eat cheaper food and just buy the wipers. Look at all of this here. The guy who did your inspection is makes $30 an hour. Why won't you just buy the wipers here? Just eat cheaper food!". Are you kidding me?!! Your business is not my problem. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Is there an option of negative one stars? Go to this place at your own risk, and be prepared to spend in order to feed the owner's kids. I'm never coming back.
wish I would of looked at the reviews before I came here! I came here to get my check engine diagnosed and they failed to diagnose my car right after 3 times... And I had to pay for the cost everytime totaling $3800? For there screw up its not right! I tried to reason with the service manager and fred the owner overhearing jumped in and his attitude got so out of hand his own poor wife had to step in to calm him down, customers were stunned as much as I was and my kids were very scared, but I didn't feel the sense in arguing rather look as the role model i am in front of my kids and walked off while he was yelling at me! he was so ugly he reminded me of trump lol and wouldn't even budge he robbed me I'm a hard working man with a family to support! Looks can be deceiving the shop looks like an a-1 shop but it's far from that. I can say he cheated me bad very dishonest place I reported him bbb so check mate fred!I
