I went online to register my car and I got a message that the inspection had not been completed. I called the shop, they said it takes a few days sometimes for it to show up in the system. A week later and I still was not able to register. I called the shop again and they admitted that they forgot to do the inspection. To be fair, I was not charged for the inspection the first time. They said to bring it in that weekend and I'd be in and out in 20 minutes. I wasted another 2 hours for a simple inspection that should've been done the first time.
Even if my car were to break down right in front of this shop, I would have it towed to a different one. Just a terrible experience.

I saw this place driving down Hwy 90. So I went in to get an oil change and annual vehicle inspection. They discovered a number of items that needed to be fixed, some legit probably, others questionable. I was told 45 mins, which ended up being 2-3 hours. I left the shop after shelling out $1,000. I refused some other repairs, and they said they'll reduce the price by $500 if I got it done today. I still refused and took my car home.
A/C Repair Scam - Called to make sure they worked on older cars and said they did. I have an 1992 Volvo 240 GL and had already completed most of work with my regular mechanic to replace Compressor and Dryer. This shop charged me the service prior to working with the car that kind of was strange to me, I normally pay after work is completed. The started to work with car and broke a part then claimed it was the previous mechanic that has been working with my car for more than 8 years, which I know it was their incompetent mechanics that broke it. I had to paid for the part and a pickup charge for the part. Then they kept making us go almost everyday the car to fix the AC and always an issue. The Hurricane Harvey came and we had to wait again for repair. After the storm again taking the car almost everyday and nothing. Yesterday August 5th the car was dropped of that Nathan asked us to , called at 2:30 pm car had not been touched since son dropped of at 10 am. Son called at 5 pm and car still not touched. He had to pick it up before close time and Mr. Scott or Scottie after my call of 2:30 pm told car would be checked and nothing. Mr. Scott told my son he did not know about the car when I had called and told him. I requested my money back and was told that was not possible and that they had done their work. When and how?? I still have no A/C and wanted me to pay $300 to $400 more on another part. This AC had been working before and just wanted to fix and make it work again. Mr. Scott as a Customer Service Manager myself you always need to know what is going on in your shop and status of cars, not play dumb with me because you were there since day 1 that we drove car in to shop. Now you can respond to this review all you want with your lies. But people will know not to trust this shop anymore. Please don't pay upfront, pay after job is completed because the will rip you off. Still not done going to keep posing this on all Social Medias that I can and reach their Corporate Office for Scam o before I forget the BBB. Bad Customer Service and rip off totally!!!!
Went to this place couple years ago for oil change. They have a package deal.i bought it, but never return after the first visit because they are absolutely horrible. They drain the oil but forgot to pour new oil in. Any company cannot be worse than this company...we filed a complaint later...they are not apologetic at all..and were being rude. Take your money elsewhere !
Requested to talk to management & he would not provide any contact information. I am going to escalate this up to Corporate, report them to the state & bbb for malpractice. Please do not use this auto shop for any services. you are sure to be misleaded and ripped off.
This shop was my family's go-to auto repair shop and maintenance for 3-4 years. Since they switched managers, i miss Brian and Wilson, they could careless about the customer and will over estimate repairs by double or triple. One of the managers, Scottie, rudely yelled at me when I offered a complaint about a cost estimate. Probably a long day for him. Please skip this shop or else they will hold your vehicle for ransom.
I would not even give 1 Star to this auto shop. This place ripped me off on the inspection. Please DO NOT USE their services for anything as they make up issues with the car that are simply not there. My Car was failed for inspection for phony reasons. I took the Car to another Garage and they passed it right away. I went back to talk to someone & spoke to Nathan. He is the worst manager possible as he did not care to listen to my concerns or provide me details on why the Car failed inspection.
