My family and I shop here from time to time, this is a very nice department store, with a good selection to choose from, organized and with enough sales associates to assist you. Last time I came, It was on a weekend rush; young manager at the register was professional, attentive, respectful and with a good taste to notch all up! I was impressed by how he was able to take care of several customers including me, all withing a very reasonable time frame, while still holding on to smile on his face. If you'are thinking, oh well, this is the way It should be! Make no mistake... Nowadays you probably understand, "no waiting time" It's also important! Yes, especially inside the realm of the retail industry.
Cannot do returns until tomorrow... Upgrade in process. However you can buy and exchange.
Hard to get to with the parking structure around first colony. Clean store with some nice bargains at times, unfortunately their return policy is not stated on their receipt which is usually the industry standard.
I've had the taco salad, bean burrito with cheese, and the fajitas. they were all good!

On 1-28-2015 at around 8:30p.m. I came into this Express store to shop for button down shirts that would match with a suit I had just purchased at the Macy's store in the mall. The staff's customer service was AMAZING! The group of employees were all helping me choose the perfect shirt & tie to perfectly suit the occasion. I highly appreciate their expertice, tips, and the time they took to assist me. I have been to every Express store in Houston and it's surrounding areas for many years, yet this was the best experience ever.
