Today Oct.28.17 around 12pm-1pm the staff was very helpful and pleasant. They helped us with finding the things we needed and even offered to order some items for us. Great customer service.
They manager with the shaved head and big gauges is a very terrible manager and the other staff are great but the shaved head lady makes it a terrible place , she's very rude
Store was clean. Staff was nice. Checkout was fast
amazing place ive been getting my clothes here for months and for concerts,movies,tv shows, video games, or school they got amazing merch here and they give the best deals on stuff keep it up hot topic.
Sometimes staff can be rude and even unaware that a customer enters their store....tried to get help finding something one time and the employee was less than helpful :(
