This was the worst forever 21 store I've been to. The store in general was very unorganized and MESSY. There were clothes all over the store floor and over filled racks, which makes it really hard to shop. If you are looking for a good plus size selection, don't waste your time. Definitely not coming back.
7/26/17: WORST STORE EVER. This was my 1st and last time shopping at this store. I took my teenage sisters here to purchase some items prior to their departure back to N.O. I proceeded to checkout, but had to wait 5 mins or so before the cashier was located to assist us. My total came up to nearly $80. I used my debit card and the screen indicated "Approved, Please Remove Card." The cashier handed me the bag and I asked for my receipt. It was then that she noticed her screen was still processing the transaction. The debit card machine now displayed a black screen. The most obnoxious "Supervisor" on duty came to assess the issues and immediately pulled the chord from the debit card machine...causing the entire system to reboot. She then searched the main computer to retrieve the receipt, but the transaction was not listed. I checked my account and the money was in fact debited. The supervisor stated there was nothing they could do as the computers have been giving them problems all day and that "she just works there." I expressed the inconvenience this has caused and asked for management assistance, but she insisted that they would tell me the same thing and there was nothing they could do. I was not allowed to take the items because they could not produce a receipt for me, nor could they refund/reverse the transaction without a receipt. I'm now left to file a claim with my bank to get my money back and I STILL do not have any items. Next A.M. I called corporate to file a complaint and was advised that the DM would be in contact with me within 72 hours. I was not provided with an incident/reference number and they asked me what should be the resolve :-/. This was a horrible experience. I never leave reviews as such, but I hope this depicts that the company does not care about customer service nor do they operate at a professional level when a crisis takes place on-site. The staff needs better training and there needs to be a better response to investigate issues that cause financial loss for both the customer and company.
Very good and affordable selection of clothes, shoes and accessories. Always changing their merchandise and their discounts make shopping there a good choice. Good for all ages.
I agree with every bad rating here. The employess and mangers need more training. Horrible place.
Clean, organized, great location within the mall. Did not have a large selection for plus sizes. Also, they didn’t have anything for men.
