Great prices, have to buy dog food in bulk and it’s cheaper here for the store brand with the same ingredients as the bigger brands. It’s always crowded but the lines still go rather quickly. The cafe has the $1.50 hot dog and soda and worth it.
They don't have everything I need but pretty close! Love the wholesale purchase ability membership affords me and the prices well let's just say you get a lot of bang for your buck. Not to mention they have an Optical and Automotive department as well as plenty of discounts on non membership goods and service through their Costco credit card. Highly recommend membership here you won't be disappointed.
I hope Costco's corporate office reads this Amazing Experience of mine and I left like a soldier from battle field winning but leaving to many wounded behind.
Everything is fine and perfect Except the standard of service provided at this location 's tire center...complete disaster.i went with an appointment for tire rotation and balancing, handed them my truck at 1:48 pm I was told an hour or less I went shopping around and checked out for what I bought came to the counter of tire person handling tire customer was busy with three people waiting , so I went to their glass window to see if my truck is still on the ramp but I was happy to see they we're done and it wasn't so I waited for him to ask for my keys after he was done with all those customer's who were in line but I noticed none of them were happy and he was giving same excuse to everyone that I am sorry we got to many vehicles to work on now it's already one hr and fifteen minutes since l handed them my truck, so asked for my keys and he goes oh...your truck is not done yet and that's it ....imy jaw dropped with both surprise and anger... In hour and quarter they didn't even pulled my truck in. I asked for supervisor another person from work area behind the window comes in and judging my level of frustration he goes iam pulling your truck right in right now and he did I watched him pulling in from glass window so another 20 minutes I said to myself it's alright things happen and I set down at the food court and they saw me leaving away from viewing area...they got me again....so I go back to grab my keys after 35 minutes and to my surprise the truck was on the ramp and nobody even started.and again I was given the same nonsense, I got so mad that I asked for my keys right away now look at the level of customer satisfaction the lowered my truck from the ramp and handed me the keys after almost 2 hrs and work not done with have a good day, then I went to customer service desk and asked for floor Manager but the girl at the customer service provided her assistance instead and I told her the complete story she went to the supervisor and got my tire rotation and balancing done in 20 minutes but this time I watched the complete work done from the window because I lost all the faith, during same time I talked to one senior gentle man around 70 years old he was waiting for his vehicle an hour before me a Korean couple hour and a half before me and none of their cars were in any of the bay out of four work stations....what a shame
The staff is very friendly and customer service oriented to assist however there did not seem to be enough staff working during the time I was there which was 5 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. It is one of the most disheveled stores I have visited and this is my second visit. In other stores there were staff organizing merchandise, folding clothing, putting products where it belongs. I am new to the area, the visits have been disappointing, I may drive a little further to go to one of the other stores.
It is Costco, nothing more to say in terms of quality. One thing I notice here is that...they might have under estimated the number of people that would visit this store when they built it. Place is getting tighter and lines are getting bigger. I feel sort of too packed almost every day evening in the week which I tried to shop but still to be avail. like Bunker Hill Costco better in terms of space and service for some reason.
