Geraldine, in the ladies clothing section, was very helpful and attentive! I was there on a busy day, but she still took the time to help me with several outfits. She never appeared rushed or bothered. I will shop here again because of her!

WORST customer service.
The culture/environment is very competitive and just uncomfortable. As a customer I was subject to bounce around from department for a return. But when I make a 400 dollar purchase they were happy to take me anywhere.
The lady at lancome and the Indian guy at the men's dress suit section were amazing! Good customer service.....
