The dressing rooms in the women's department are disgusting. They have not been remodeled or cleaned up in ages. Stores are wondering why there is declining sales and why customer are choosing online purchase. Consider this as one of the reasons...nothing pleasing about the store experience.
Service was "very" bad. The sales people could not speak English very well so therefore weren't understanding clearly and able to assist very well
My cashier wouldn't/couldn't check out everything I was carrying. I was to check out different items at different registers....shoes at shoe counter, jewelry at theirs. I don't want to wait in 5 lines and have 5 different transactions on my credit card dammit!
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The female manager of the men’s clothing deserves to be fired. Worth it to drive anywhere else to do your shopping. I will be giving my business to other stores due to this woman. Also everything is overpriced.
Black Friday shopping on Thursday was busy but moving pretty quickly. Not a bad experience.
