After waiting for over 45 minutes in Dr. Hanh Truong waiting room she was moved to a patient room. She saw a clipboard by one of the assistants and said she's only here for a b-complex shot and asked again if there was going to be an office charge. This time the assistance said there will be an office charge of $65. My mother felt betrayed and taken advantage of and left the office.
This is unethical practice to tell people over the phone there will be no office charge to just get them in and lie to them. A lot of doctors use unethical practices and train their staff to lure patients in. I gave Dr. Hanh H. Truong one star because of this incident.
Dr Truong has been my family doctor for over 20 years. Yes she is very busy and has a very busy office Having said so she’s always been very patient and helpful with my entire family. She not only takes care of my physical health but my emotional health and remembers my personal and medical history. Thank you Dr Truong!
Dr. Truong takes the time to talk with you about your issues. She is accommodating and knowledgeable. We have used her services for many years.
In America we trust doctors with our lives and trust that they are giving us correct information in regards to our health and well being with their medical licensed professionalism. If a doctor lies to us about one minute thing they can no longer be trusted.
My mother went to Dr. Hanh Truong on a Tuesday for having flu symptoms. She was prescribed antibiotics and they discussed getting a B-complex shot. Two days later she calls Dr. Hanh Truong office to see if she can get a B-complex shot that day and asked if there was going to be an office charge. The secretary got someone else on the phone and my mother was told her insurance would cover the shot and there would be no office visit charge and to just come in and get the B-complex shot.
