I live in Victoria; I needed surgery on my shoulder and on my feet. I saw their ads in the Victoria Advocate. Thought I would try them out. I was SO, SO, SO pleased with their service; from he ladies in the front desk, the nurses in the office, staff in the hospital, nurses and staff in the hospital, and the doctors!
If you call to.place an appt always transfer ur call to a holding music.is so.frustrating

Great staff and therapists are very caring and highly professional in all my needs for a quick recovery.

I broke my Fibula playing hockey and it required surgery. Dr Dewan was my surgeon, and my therapy was here as well. Surgery went well, recovery is currently going well and I'm happy with the physical therapy so far. I'll be back on the ice sooner than expected!
I came here for my child to get evaluated, each time we came they were unable to do it. Each time there is always an excuse and a different reason on why we can’t get anything done.These people are unhelpful, had a terrible attitude, and seemed as if they don’t like their jobs. I was expecting better since this is a Methodist location. Do not come here unless if you are patient enough to deal with many upcoming issues.Never returning.
Seems like they are not organized n are not taking the phisycal therapy in a serious way n personalized care for each.patient the staff are rude for.appt
I asked one of the nurse why they were so different in treating the patients, and their attitude. She said that selection for hiring was based on their experience, their attitude, personality and what the hiring teams saw in the individual, NOT based on race, creed, color ,culture or religion! WOW! I have had experience with nurses and doctors of varies races and they have ALL been very courteous, respond to questions patiently and LISTEN to the patient.
