I had to call at this clinic to get an appointment for my husband. I had the worst customer service experience that I have ever had in my life. I don't know about doctor because i decided not to send my husband there, if the staff is so horrible on the phone why we waste time to go there. The girl at the appointment desk lectures why you pick this insurance plan and you should not have this insurance. This office should monitor the calls of this hispanic accent girl. I have never had this kind of treatment from a clinic before. I just called to make an appointment and I was literally crying on how she treated me just because she didn't like the BCBS insurance plan. She lectured me that she personally has PPO plan and I should pay 1200 plus dollars insurance. Although her office take HMO but she don't like HMO plan.
If the front office is so nice than I imagine how the doctor will be? We would not go there and please if you want to go make sure they treat you with dignity and respect.
