Doctor Wong is great!
Dr. Wong is an amazing doctor. She is always friendly, caring, and respectful. Before I was pregnant, while I was pregnant, and now postpartum Dr. Wong has given me excellent care. If you are looking for a top notch doctor then look no further, Dr. Michelle Wong is just that.
P.S. I received another big billing receipt 3 weeks later after the visit, the clinic accountant didn't told us when we do the visit and directly charge us the highest Doctor visit fee with no reason, we initially believe the lab test fee is all included, but found out we are totally wrong with it! The front desk/accountant is not policy and really not happy with that! For that reason, I deduct 1 star!
I will definitely recommend Doctor Wong for you, she is nice and professional, as a patient for the first time, she answered all my question and concerns, didn't request me to do unnecessary ultrasonic which is costly! But the front desk is not friendly, the show no respect while you talk to them, they keep having their own conversation and jokes! That's bad for the clinic!
Having to switch doctors because of moving is always tough, but luckily I ended up with Dr. Wong! She's terrific, very knowledgeable, great bedside manner, and just a very nice person in general. The front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I like being able to call in and talk to someone right away if they're open, no leaving voicemails and hoping to hear back. I had prescription issues with my insurance that Dr. Wong's office went out of their way to help fix. Really just a great overall experience!
I started seeking a GYN earlier this year and was nervous about finding someone that would provide me the quality and care that I need it after struggling for so many years with fibroids, ovarian issues and so many other symtoms that come along with that. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Wong! She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She has wonderful bedside manner and she takes the time to explain every detail so there is no question on whether or not you were getting exceptional care. I am so happy with the results of my surgery and the recover care. I've already had a few friends ask for her info. I can't thank her and her staff enough!
