Dr. Kodali is very nice and very knowledgeable. She really listens and offers suggestions in addition to the diagnosis. Her best office staff person is Laura.
She's a nice person but set in her idea of what is healthy. After several visits for pain in my neck she says I'm fine. She made me feel like I was crazy!! Pain never went away, I went to see an orthopedic doctor who says I have cervical spondylosis and stenosis! I had to do 12 weeks of physical therapy! Eventually will need surgery. Then she made the decision to change my anti anxiety medicine and caused a 3 month ordeal for me!! I have chronic idiopathic uticaria.. she broke me out in hives for 3 months !! And refused to treat me after she caused it!! Then says go see the allergist who directly told me that anxiety can be a stresser for this... basically said she caused it!!! Three month outbreak...The most horrible doctor and causes more harm. Never again. I'm healthy on a good track and will never return to this doctor again.
Great listener. Caring doctor with good bedside manner. Turn over in staff may be cause for delay in returned calls, accessibility. She diagnosed my blood clot immediately when I thought I had pulled muscle. Highly resources with specialist in area!
