Wait time is long, but worth it. I know he spends a lot of time with each one his patients. Never short changed. Been seeing him for over 17 years and would never want another one!!!
Dr. Williams is a GREAT doctor. His staff on the other hand is another story. Crystal is very unprofessional and likes to tell people what her job description does not consist of. It takes days to get a response on prescriptions requested through the pharmacy. And when you just come in to the office and request them EVERYONE has an attitude with you like you are wrong for trying to live!. This staff from the office manager, the girl who does referrals( she was left eye for Halloween 2017) the nurse practitioner, and Crystal the nurse/receptionist need to be written up suspended, maybe even fired. Something need to be done about their behavior IMMEDIATELY!
My doctor for over 15 years. I have referred everyone i know to him and all feel the same way. Dr. Williams is such a personable physician. On top of being extremely thorough he cares about you and for you. He ALWAYS has your back! I love him sooooooo much i will NEVER have another primary physician as long as he is practicing and im one that tells him he CANNOT retire as long as i live! Notice im only speaking on Dr. Williams. The staff with the exception of a couple of persons makes your visit less than welcoming and very frustrating but if you get pass them to Dr. Williams i guarantee you will have the BEST dr/patient experience EVER!
Pleased!!! Due to prior doctors visits elsewhere I have failed to maintain my visits as I should. My friend has been trying to get me to see her doctor (Dr.Dwayne Williams) for a couple of years. I finally took her up on it. In short I am so grateful that I came here! Staff outstanding and Dr. Williams is certainly above the rest! Thank you thank you thank you!
I have been a patient for many years. Excellent physician. I am treated very well by staff. No problems. I am not one to tolerate bad service. Good doctors will always be busy. I rather have a good exam than a quick exam. My health is very important to me.
