Customer reps were the best of help. So nice and friendly. My watch was still updating in their store and they waited till it was complete even if they already closed. Thanks so much. I recommend this location. They know what they're talking about and are very polite and helpful. Thank you for such great customer service Apple. Happy customer.
I was having intermittent audio problems with my iphone 6S. At my appointed time, the tech ran a diagnostic on my phone. While it did not indicate a fault, he immediately replaced it as it was under warranty. I was in and out in ten minutes. This was my first service visit to the Apple store and I was very satisfied.
The iOS update to 11.0.2 bricked my phone. The Apple store couldn’t fix it, refused to replace it, and then tried to get me to buy a new phone instead. Why can’t Apple take responsibility when *their* updates cause damage to *my* property? Not cool.
Update 10-15-17. I have been in for 2 additional service visits involving a watch and an iPad. Each time was as pleasant and easy as the first.
The staff was wonderful and took care of the issues with both of my Macs, explained what the issues were and answered questions. I was early for my appointment and there was a staff member available that was able to take care of everything. Would definitely recommend.
Came in the other day and was honored by the customer service at this location. I had just recently updated my phone to ios 11 which unfortunately slowed my phone down, for I don't know why. The sweet gentleman took my name down and told me to have a seat deeper into the store. I was then helped by a young lady who inspected my phone. She stated a very simple solution almost anyone except me could have solved. I simply had to make sure to not have any opening apps in the background (I am not tech savvy as you could tell). I am pleased with the patience and generosity of this place.
First off, do your homework. Make an online appointment or call to get one. They will text you when its time to go in- very convenient. Don't just walk in and expect to be helped immediately.
