The store is huge. You’re most likely to find several options to choose from of the item you’re looking for. From my experience, the workers let you browse peacefully, but are readily available when you have questions or need assistance. The store looks updated. And not counting the Black Friday 2017 event, the aisles are roomy. They have good product displays out for customers to try and experience before they buy. And employees seems knowledgeable about their brands. There’s ample parking here. Remember to get the Best Buy Rewards to earn points for every purchase.
Probably the nicest Best Buy I've ever been in. Most of them are a little... Dumpy or dated. This one was a refreshing change. Fast service, good experience, though I do think some of the prices are ridiculous. 129 for the Tales from the Crypt box set on physical discs? No thanks. I'm interested, but not 129 interested. Getting in and out quickly with my new Switch however, was an excellent experience.
Both phones had previous owner's files on them....This method also includes game electronics well...Spread the word....

I would have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at Best Buy. The staff were extremely helpful and really went above and beyond. From helping me find a 4k open box TV I drove 40 miles to find that wasn't on the sales floor, but in the back, to adjusting the price because it was incorrectly labeled as having all accessories on Best Buy's website, to wrapping it up and loading it in my car. Every associate really went the extra mile. I would definitely recommend going to see the home theater department at this Best Buy.
The in-store shopping experience is also good since the staff here are knowledgeable when I asked them some questions about the specifications of electronics. I recommend this place to people who seek good deals for electronics.
The first time I visited this store was when I picked up an order I placed online. It only took them less than 2 hours to prepare the order and notified me that it was available for pick-up. The staff at customer service counter was polite and efficient. However, it could take much longer for them to prepare an in-store pickup order. Sometimes they may miss your estimated pickup date.
Best Buy is one of few retail electronic giants in the Greater Houston Area. Their Inventory is contributed from well-known manufacturers. However- whether they plea the 5th of what I'm writing, Best Buy sells refurbished as well as defective products back to the consumer in what "looks like" an unopened box to us... In fact, the product is sealed and wrapped
