Very difficult store. Appliance qoute was given after repeated request. Convection oven sounds like outdoor fan. Stove top doesn't operate properly. Have done 15 requests. Will have to do a BBB. Report. Do not recommend. They don't care. Horrible experience.
They sent someone to fix the actuator on our washer and the person broke a bolt off our transmission now we are without a washer for 3 days. With 6 people in our house one of those persons is a baby our laundry will pile up quick. With only an apology this is very frustrating
I am not a huge fan of going to brand name box stores like Best Buy or Circuit City for appliances. I like shopping at mom and Pop stores b/c you can still bargain the price and know that you're helping out the Sugar land area. They had an impressive thermador showroom and we got a good deal on a cooktop and venthood. I compared it to other stores and it was much cheaper.
