A lady with curly black hair needs to be fired. As I waited to be helped it was only one lady ahead of me. The worker told me someone would be right with me & when she got finished with her she started doing other work... Not with a customer just random stuff. I was totally ignored. The other worker who was doing nothing didn't even notice me. Horrible service
I have to agree with the previous reviews. Service is absolutely horrible! I went there today on my lunch break and wanted to just buy one thing. Girl said she will be right with me. After waiting for few minutes, I asked her if she can just give me the product, sine I know which number I want. She responded that she has other people ahead of me and I have to wait. I left and will never go back! I understand that other people are ahead, but they're taking the time to pick their colors and discuss different options. Me, I just wanted to grab a foundation and go. Will place my order on line. Very rude service and they have an attitude like they're doing you a favor!
Mac is the best makeup I've ever used
the girls were very sweet and kind when I went to get my makeup done.the girl who did my makeup done a great job I just really wish I had gotten her name:/and I didn't have to wait.thank you!
I don't know why, but every time I go to Mac I get terrible customer service. All of them always have an attitude! I love your makeup, but I hate dealing with your staff to get it. I to was told that I would be helped shortly... only for the same lady to look directly at me and walk off. Is this how Mac trains their employees?? To treat people as if they don't matter and walk around with a I'm better than you attitude. Which mind you no one at that counter was wearing makeup that made me wanna buy from them. Smh sorry not sorry.
