They have managed to attract bands like Journey/Asia/Kiss/Sammy Hagar/Rick Springfield/Ringo Starr to mention a few!!!
- If you have a backpack or large purse, they send you back to put it in your vehicle. (One security bike man was kind and nice to let me know before I had walked all the way to the center) Oh! And I had a tiny bag, like kid size, that I put in my car, so it doesn't matter how small or big the purse is, you will have to leave it in the car.* *Be aware that you will be having to hold your wallet and keys and phone.**
-Every person goes through one of those metal detectors, which I think is good because recent events at concerts and public events.
Excellent venue. Very friendly staff! Audio was amazing. Not a bad seat in the house. Even the nosebleeds are good seats. Great concessions. Easy access location. We look forward to many more concerts there.
- You will pay for parking (Arrive early, because the traffic will be horrible) There are also people in parking lot directing traffic.
Very picky Venue. No backpacks of any size. Even if it is a tiny one the size of a small wallet, they will turn you away. Not sure why giant purses are allowed and not a tiny wallet with two straps on it, I'm not bitter. Maybe a little. It is a very nice venue and very clean. There are lots of nice outdoor seating areas while you wait. The staff is very nice nice and the food prices are about as average as any other venue.
This is an awesome place. The acoustic is phenomenal and all seats are great. The bars with Karbach IPA on tap makes it even more enjoyable
The place was very nice and clean and A.C. as well. I definitely recommend it and will definitely go again!
- A person will help you to your seat. (Also, I'm 4'11, I was able to see even tho there were taller people in front of me, which was awesome)
Nice new venue. We went to watch Ringo Starr. Acoustics need fine tuning...very much an echo. Had to leave early because of it. This was not a sound system issue. There are luxury suites under the mezzanine that are faced with glass panels. I think the sound was "pinging" off of those surfaces. Hopefully they can bring in acoustic engineers and address this issue.
- I'm not sure about price on food and what drinks they serve. But I think they do serve alcohol. (?) I did not buy any food or drinks there and did not pay much attention to that.
My experience was good and the workers were very nice and helpful.
The famous musicians/bands coming here is almost surreal.
I went here to see a concert a couple weeks ago, my first time at the Smart Financial Center.
