Good selection; but as with all Michaels that I've been to, trying to check out expeditiously is apparently no big deal to this chain. The quicker you get customers in-and-out of the checkout, the less likely they are to just drop their mdse. and forget it.
Terribly slow customer service at registers. Long lines with one maybe two registers open. Artificially inflated prices that are discounted daily via coupons. Store mgr is Not customer centric. Can't forget no staff to help you track down merchandise in the aisles. Won't recommend this place. Dick Blicks online is a better way to go.
