NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH LANE BRYANT....BUT WENT INTO THE SUGARLAND TEXAS STORE...PURCHASE SOME ITEMS...ONE OF THE ITEMS WAS TO BIG..WENT BACK TO RETURN IT AND THEY WOULD NOT TAKE THE ITEM BACK...THEY SAID ALL ITEMS HAD TO HAVE THE TAGS ATTACHED TO ITEMS...I HAD PULL THE TAGS OFF TRYING THE ITEM ON....I STILL HAD THE TAGS AND RECIEPT....BUT TAGS WERE PULLED OFF SO THEY SAID THEY COULDN"T TAKE THE ITEMS BACK.... THEY SAID AS OF AUG 2009...THAT WAS A NEW POLICY....NO WHERE ON MY RECIEPT DOES IT STATE THIS OR IS IT ANYWHERE POSTED IN THEIR STORE....SO WHO IS RIGHT AND WHO IS WRONG????????/
