Very pricey and bad service then horrible customer care after sales
I received horrible customer service from Diego at this store. Diego kept disagreeing with me, rushing me, telling me that I did not need to try everything from my tux because we knew that the other parts fit even though I had already mentioned that I wanted to see the whole ensemble; basically, just wasting my time. John, a new employee, had great customer service. Too bad it was overshadowed by Diego's inability to take care of the customer.
My Son enjoys having Mr.Manhel Alawadi help with clothes to wear,we followed him from Pearland Store,because he takes the time and helps you match up all your clothes and tells you how to wear them and is very helpful.
I went into the Sugarland Town Center Men’s Warehouse, looking into buying a suit and was asked if I need any help by this black woman. When this young Caucasian woman asked what I was looking for, she listened and I told her, then she help fit me in a top, but she said I’ll be back and left me to help one of her own who she felt in her mind had money to purchase the merchandise. When she came back, and she ask me was it ok what she had on me, I told her it was a little snug, and I could use a little more room. Her body language in the way she looked at me, was like I was a bother to her because I didn’t just take it like it was. I’m a important person, and know many important people, but even though the store is a nice store, and setup is very nice, I will not recommend this store to others. No matter how nice a business look as far as the interior or exterior, great customer service will always be the number one thing to help a company be successful. And we have to be careful how we judge one another by the color of their skin, or the way a person looks.
