Worst customer service ever and no willing to help our customers....i bought a pair of shorts for my husband a while ago, didn't fit, I came in today to exchange them, the fist lady told me I couldn't do it bc it was pass 45 days,I asked to talk to a manager be said the same thing, so I was ok with it, no problem I understand i should of exchange them before, I went looking around to the mens section and the shorts are on the sales floor , I asked the manager one more time, can I exchange them for a bigger size? He said yes no problem. I couldn't find the same color so I got a different color, when I went to check out he said NO I can't do it the system doesn't let me do it...BS , just doesn't want to go the extra mile to help...i spend hundreds every month and have a credit card for old navy , never going back to give you my business , you lost a great customer over a pair of shorts.
This Old Navy has the worst customer service ever! Their employee Maria has no idea how to treat people. If you don't like what you do find another job. Period!!! I will spend my money else where. And FYI Maria if you don't have customers coming in there spending their money. Then your ass don't have a job! Just saying.
Good pricing and lovely outfits
This location does not carry pants in additional lengths, only regular. It also seemed to have very limited staff.
