That's a nice place to shop, good deals, and open place. The only concern is the smell on clothes and carpets that make me sneeze sometimes.

It was okay. There was a clothes checker in the back of the store at the fitting rooms who was pretty rude to most folks. I watched her tell a few nice ladies that they were "excused and to leave" after trying on clothes. She took clothes away from folks who looked like they were going to buy them. They grumbled as they walked away. This gorl has no sales or social skills. Never once smiled. I think i will go to Costco instead next time.
This was the first good experience I've had at a Ross. The staff did an excellent job greeting me, assisting in the fitting room, and checking out quickly. They were friendly and the store was clean and well organized. Thank you, I look forward to visiting this store again.
I do like shopping around for affordable stuff. Between Ross and Marshalls, I find all the clothing I need. The issue with Ross stores is that staff culture is extremely poor. No matter which location you visit employees are very hostile. They treat every shopper as a potential thief. The only thing the grim-faced dressing room attendant doesn't do is strip search you. But she WILL "strip" search the 3 t-shirts you wish to try on. She will turn each up side down, shake it, and peek through the neck opening. She'll repeat the same on your way out. Especially the location on HWY 6 and Westheimer Rd. in Houston. Where, coincidentally, they also have the only professional employee (a medium build, bearded biracial guy with a skin head). This constantly disorganised and sometimes unkempt store behaves like they're Gucci and Prada combined. Talk of building castles in the air! They remind me of a bum who bumps his head and suddenly believes he's George Clooney.
