Good deals on kids shoes but they did not have alot of sizes. Staff were nice and helpful and offered to mail me my size....I did not want to wait so I went to another store.
Went in today at around 6pm, I made my choice while talking on the phone. The sales associate came up to me asking if I was ready to check out, she asked me twice. After 5 minutes she came up to me and said if I wasn't going to make a purchase I would need to leave, that I couldn't be in the store while being on my cellphone. What a B..!! Worst customer service ever!! Not going back ever...
I just tried to return some shoes I just bought and NEVER wore. The salesperson Samantha said it looked like I wore them and would not refund my $. I could not believe it. The shoes never left the box... Lol. Is this a new scam of some sorts?
I was never rude. I was ready to buy 4 pairs of shoes, but they definitely didn't want to sell me anything. I know the whole time many there left with good experiences, I watched and heard them all get acknowledged. I'm just surprised I was disregarded the entire time.
The selection of shoes is great but they need to train their staff in customer service. Staff is not very pleasant and almost to the point of being rude. They also appear to be short staffed. That would explain the lack of concern and attention to customers.
I was never asked to be helped, not even greeted when walking in. I went to them for the acknowledgement after looking around for 20 min in the same area. It was obvious I needed help. The size of shoes I asked for were not in stock, she said they could order them. I then had to ask, "How long?" 7 business days was her answer. So then I had to ask (knowing she could check inventory at other locations) if she could check other stores, she drug out that process while acknowledging everyone walking in and out of the store. When I walked out she didn't say a word.
I don't know what it was today, but the ladies in here were rude. I come only to Famous Footwear to shop for shoes for myself and my family. I like to be in and out, I've always had an awesome experience at all locations, unfortunately not this one.
