This store very poor customer service. I have been here five times and all five times very bad experience. They don't help at all and they have attitude and the manager doesn't help either. Just very poor compare to the other torrids i have been to. Never again will stop here.
I went their last year and the staff was nice and helpful
I would like to give them 5 stars but this store, no one helps you like the other torrid I have been in. But the clothing is wonderful.
This location is really sorry they suck I don't mind driving farther to Pearland and to Galleria way better service at those two other locations never again will I call or stop by this location
I love Torrid and would refer anyone who is of a more plump figure to shop here. I have never found anything in the store or o line I didn't like.
