The people that work in this store are idiots that get mad at customers and have an attitude if they don't meet their sales quota. Not my fault that you suck when it comes to convincing people to buy shoes.
Don't go here customer service is terrible and they are very rude and they keep bad employees or either hire the same rude employees and not hire people that have a lot of knowledge about shoes and show enthusiasm working at footlocker
His response - a kid wanted them and brought his mom and began to whine. I'm sorry doesn't cut it. Terrible service.
Found a pair of shoes I wanted. Had a gift card that I wanted to use but left it in the car. Told the worker Steve that I was going to take them but wanted to use my gift card and that I was going to get it real quick and come right back.
Decent shoes. The worst customer service.
I love footlocker but there shoes are pretty high price but I still like there shoes! (IT WORTH ITS!!)
I return and Steve tells me he sold them. I was gone at most 5 minutes.
