Had really bad experience at this store with so called manager Denise. She was really rude and very impolite. I went there with my three kids and my 12 yr old wanted to try few shirts. I try to open fitting room but they were all locked meanwhile Denise came yelling at me that I am not supposed to in this area without asking her; however, prior to this another store employee had informed me about the fitting room in the back and told me it would be easier to go there. This employee had failed to tell me that you need to ask an employee before entering and later blamed me, the customer, for her ignorance, rude manner, and incorrect directions. Denise PHYSICALLY PUSHED me out and insulted me and while I left the store immaturely talked about me and my kids while threatening to call security on me...
I bought some vans!!!! I had the best customer service at this location. I was helped by an employee named Denise and it was the best shopping experience I have had in a long time.
They have really nice and cool staff here, what's best of all is that they have really cool skateboards and shoes.

Best customer service ever! Unlike other apparel stores, you need receipts or any other identities to return items. Not like Vans. I had to return 2 pairs of Vans to the store because they were too small. But I did not have the receipts because the people who bought it for me threw them away. They asked for my ID but I forgot my wallet. However they took care of the problem, gave me new shoes and even gave me 2 coupons. Excellent service! I definitely recommend coming back and giving them support.
