I have a really nice solitaire ring that I love but I hate going to Helzberg every 6 months to get it inspected. The salesmen are annoying but the female staff is great. Since the recession hit the quality of jewelry that they sell has steadily declined to the point where they now sell gold plated silver jewelry and tacky $30 crystal earrings. Luckily for me no one ever asks where my ring is from. In the future I will avoid mall jewelry stores with the exception of Ben Bridge, they have beautiful stuff and nothing ever goes on sale. High quality pieces only.
