Second time buying through Whiteflash. The first time they were easy and extremely helpful to work with. My wife’s wedding ring diamond was lost and we tried them again. Sheerah was fantastic to deal with and found a diamond equal to the one that was lost. Their service was even better than the first time and they supplied test reports and pictures even before offering to ship the diamond for my review before purchasing. The diamond is amazing and is very reminiscent of the old diamond. We both love how well it sparkles even in less than ideal light conditions. The Whiteflash staff did an excellent job on the new head and even improved how the two bands sit together. They do VERY high quality work and their diamond selection is some of the best around. Cut is paramount and they only deal in ideal cut (and super-ideal cut) diamonds. They are one of the few vendors that offer Ideal-Scope and ASET images of all of their diamonds (which help to determine how sparkly the diamond will be) and my sales consultant Sheerah was an absolute pleasure to work with (along with several other staff members such as Vera and Kathryn I interacted with throughout the process).
