Ms. Becky laughed at me when I inquired about adding some charms to my james avery bracelet that was gifted to me over 10 years ago. Her attitude towards me was intolerable, I wish to never return because I was embarrassed by how your employees spoke to me and more disappointed that the manager did not step in to stop Becky from repeating rude and offensive remarks and allegations. I have contacted James Avery corporate office in regards to this matter
I never had problems in the past with this location but as of lately the soldering of my charms have been done poorly. I took them back and i would say the work looks ok but not great like before. Must be a new person doing the soldering. I would really love for them to train them on better workmanship!!!
For the price of the jewelry here you could actually buy Tiffany's. I remember when they used to be reasonably priced and the staff were not arrogant and unhelpful. I guess since they moved from 59 and Williams Trace they have jacked up their prices exponentially each year. My mother actually had pieces custom made and next thing we knew her pieces were being sold. A thank you would have been nice. Also, I once was wearing a ring I purchased overseas the gal asked for me to take it off and show her. Sure enough about 6 months later the same design was being sold! Ridiculous. The only downside is now I have to drive to the Galleria since Sugar Land does not have a Tiffany's, but at least I know I get treated with respect and get my money's worth.
Very comfy place. There was a rep on the floor helping people out and there was about 3 cash registers opened taking orders. The line did take a bit long but it went smoothly.
I was recently in the james avery store at the sugar land, town center (texas) location.. I was given horrible customer service from Becky and the manager on duty Ed.
Made an online purchase for pick up and 2 hrs later it was ready !! Very pleased with the how smooth the process went. Lovely staff.
