I bought an amplifier from them online then they sold it out from under me and canceled the sale 4 days later. I feel one I payed for and item it is mine they cannot sell it to some one else
This place is great. They have a lot of interesting items for sale in this shop. The staff is top notch and very knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I would recommend this place if you're looking to purchase, or even sell something.
These folks know how to run a business. I brought in a gold bracelet really only to be weighed and get a quote to sell it and go around for other bids. There was no need. These guys are so welcoming and courteous and knew their stuff. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I felt the deal was very good and everything was transparent and extremely professional. The owner of the pawn shop called us when our stolen bike was turned in to his shop. He investigated the stolen bike by calling Bike Barn and getting our contact information!! We are so grateful to have the bike back... it's worth over $3000. It's nice to know that pawn shops and their owners have such great moral character. Would recommend this pawn shop to everyone!!!
