The least friendly or professional Swarovski store I've ever been in. Everything is either out of stock, too new so they don't know the prices, or takes 2-3 months to ship. I bought a pen and she tried to put it in the presentation box without wiping off the visible fingerprints. The 2 women in there desperately need some training.
Extremely dissapointed with the store. They refused to honor their return policy for new, unworn item. The stuff was saying they need the manager to give the refund which was not available till 2 days after.
Lifetime warranty with box not honored. Still charged $50 and won't answer phone or return call.
